Associate Technology Recruiter in the Technology, Data and Product Recruitment Team.
Recruit for roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Cyber Security Analysts.
Proactively source talent and manage senior stakeholder relationships across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Design recruiting strategies informed by knowledge of complex talent markets.
- Support candidates through the end-to-end recruitment journey.
- Act as the lateral recruiting contact for Technology HR Business Partners, Compensation, and other HR specialists in London.
- Share competitor knowledge and market data to inform hiring decisions.
- Partner with sourcing experts to maximize sourcing capabilities and candidate pools.
- Respond to requests from global recruiting leads and senior HR partners.
- Collaborate with team leads to deliver staffing initiatives and reports.
Required qualifications and skills
- In-house recruitment experience for high-tech roles in a fast-paced environment.
- 360 recruitment experience and ability to develop creative, diverse sourcing strategies.
- Solid project management and reporting skills, including managing complex situations and multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence senior management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of candidate tracking, employment systems, and processes.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience recruiting technology roles across multiple locations within EMEA.
- Familiarity with the London technology market.
- Proven track record managing senior stakeholder relationships.
