Manages, expands, and retains major client relationships across multiple industries in Canada.
J.P. Morgan Payments provides services including cash management, liquidity, commercial cards, FX, escrow, merchant services, and trade finance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and deliver strong client service.
- Develop tailored payment-processing solutions based on clients’ business goals and processing environments.
- Coordinate partner and business teams to implement projects and resolve operational issues and escalations.
- Lead portfolio contract pricing and renewals through negotiation.
- Maintain payments-industry knowledge and educate clients and business partners about relevant products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, marketing, or a related field, or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Typically, 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or contract negotiations.
- Knowledge of payments processing industry procedures and ability to grow revenue and market share through relationship management.
- Ability to analyze and research issues to resolve them.
- Project oversight or portfolio management experience is an asset.
