Job Responsibilities
- Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
- Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability and applying best practices to address evolving business needs.
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making by extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and applying data analytics techniques.
- Assist in managing project dependencies and change control by demonstrating adaptability and leading through change in a fast-paced environment.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and applying knowledge of principles and practices within the Solutions Analysis field.
- Guide the work of others, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established principles and practices.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency and analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, interpretation, and generating insights from large, diverse data sets to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting using approved tools.
