Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Software Sales Executive with proven experience in Qatar’s local market.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to

B2B software sales,

excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Qatar market
  • Promote and sell software solutions (ERP, CRM, Cloud, SaaS, or enterprise solutions)
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for successful project execution
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of software/IT sales experience in Qatar (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in B2B sales (preferably enterprise solutions like Microsoft stack or similar)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling Cloud, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or Microsoft solutions
  • Existing network of clients in Qatar market
  • Familiarity with corporate and SME segments
