Overview

Sales Engineer – Rotating Equipment / Aftermarket Services

1. Drive

sales development and business growth

for rotating equipment aftermarket services including pumps, compressors, valves, seals, and related solutions.

2.

Identify and develop

new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

across the UAE industrial B2B segment.

3. Conduct

regular customer visits, technical discussions, and solution-based selling

to address client pain points effectively.

4.

Develop and implement

sales strategies, cross-selling opportunities, and pipeline growth plans aligned with business objectives

.

5. Monitor

sales performance, tender outcomes, and market trends

, and recommend corrective actions to improve win rates.

6.

Gather and analyze

market intelligence, competitor activity, pricing trends, and upcoming project opportunities

.

7. Support

techno-commercial proposal development, estimation, bid coordination, and tender documentation

.

8. Manage

client communication, ERP/CRM updates, reporting, and coordination with internal departments (sales, service, engineering, procurement)

.

9.

Participate in

branding, marketing activities, exhibitions, and client engagement initiatives

to strengthen market presence.

10.

Ensure strong

commercial awareness, negotiation capability, and understanding of contracts, financial basics, and HSE compliance standards
