The UAE team seeks a results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on software and enterprise solutions sales experience.
The role involves taking ownership of sales goals, persistent prospecting, and delivering positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert prospects through field visits, calls, email, and professional networks.
- Serve as the primary contact for new business opportunities and nurture potential client relationships.
- Present and demonstrate products to qualified leads and communicate value propositions.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends; use CRM and sales automation tools to manage pipelines and report metrics.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to strategic sales initiatives.
- Meet quarterly and annual targets, maintain qualified leads, and achieve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction goals in the assigned territory.
- Keep CRM updates timely and accurate.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Four to six years of B2B enterprise software sales experience; ERP, CRM, or business process automation solutions are preferred, including examples such as Odoo, Zoho, and Sage.
- UAE market experience and a strong regional network are mandatory.
- Proven success managing the complete sales cycle and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Hands-on CRM and prospecting tool experience, such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong interest in technology and digital transformation solutions.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person; the role includes field visits.
