Designs and delivers modern digital insurance solutions as a Guidewire ProducerEngage / Jutro Lead Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire ProducerEngage and Jutro applications.
- Build responsive, reusable UI components using React and TypeScript.
- Configure Jutro pages, layouts, workflows, themes, and components.
- Integrate applications with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter through REST APIs.
- Lead solution design, technical discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Support CI/CD, releases, deployments, monitoring, and production support.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, QA, and Engineering teams.
- Own technical delivery and lead multiple initiatives concurrently.
Required skills and certification
- Required: Guidewire ProducerEngage / Digital Portals and Guidewire Jutro Framework.
- Required: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, REST APIs and integrations, Git, CI/CD practices, and Agile/Scrum experience.
- Required: strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Required certification: Guidewire Jutro Associate Certified Developer.
Preferred experience
- P&C insurance domain experience is preferred.
- Experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter integrations is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines is preferred.
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, production support, Guidewire Cloud, and digital applications is preferred.

Location is listed as Bangalore and Pune, hybrid.
