Accountabilities
- Analyze complex datasets for trends, anomalies, process improvements, and growth opportunities.
- Aggregate, validate, and prepare data for accurate reporting and insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for operational and business decisions.
- Gather and document stakeholder data and reporting requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing and resolve data, system, and reporting issues.
- Communicate actionable insights, contribute to aligned metrics, and support projects as a data subject matter expert.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Microsoft Fabric ETL Pipelines, SQL, Power BI visualization, Excel, Microsoft 365, and marketing analytics.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, experience interpreting data, and ability to generate insights.
- Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Python, and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify data quality issues.
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, including requirements gathering.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to exploring data and uncovering opportunities.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid arrangement with a requirement to attend the Markham office once or twice a month.
