Role overview
The role focuses on CBUAE BRF regulatory reporting, data extraction, and regulatory risk data requirements.
Technical and functional requirements
- Requires experience in CBUAE BRF regulatory reporting and data extraction.
- Requires strong knowledge of credit risk, ALM, market risk, liquidity risk, LCR, NSFR, Basel, and RAROC.
- Requires hands-on Moody’s Risk Foundation experience, including configuration and EEP debugging.
- Requires strong SQL/PL-SQL, ETL/batch integration, data mapping, migration, and reconciliation skills.
- Requires understanding of PD, LGD, customer exposure, ratings, and other regulatory risk data.
- Requires requirement gathering, technical specifications, and source-to-target mapping experience.
- Requires knowledge of core banking systems, change and incident management, and AWS or Azure cloud deployments.
- Exposure to AI technologies or use cases is an added advantage.
Key deliverables
- Implement CBUAE BRF and other regulatory and risk reporting requirements end to end.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications and source-to-target data mappings.
- Configure and implement requirements in Moody’s Risk Foundation.
- Perform data extraction, migration, reconciliation, and regulatory report validation.
- Complete SIT, QAT, UAT, and DR, production deployment, and post-go-live validation.
Certifications and preferred technology
- Certifications listed: ITIL and OCP.
- Preferred technology stack: Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, IBM WebLogic, Core Java, Power BI, and BODS.
- Tools and platforms listed: JIRA, Confluence, and PL/SQL Developer.
