Coordinate the end-to-end outsourced recruitment and onboarding process as the main point of contact between departments and vendors.
Junior-level candidates are welcome, and extensive recruitment experience is not required.
Key responsibilities
- Collect recruitment requirements from internal departments and communicate them to the outsourcing provider.
- Review CVs received from the provider and share them with relevant departments; follow up on feedback and shortlisting decisions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate interview feedback and selection results.
- Initiate selected candidates' onboarding, including collection and verification of required documents.
- Review proposed salaries and employment details against approved budgets and requirements.
- Coordinate background checks, internal verifications, and approvals.
- Liaise with the provider on commercial proposals, submit proposals to departments, and follow up on approvals.
- Monitor recruitment and onboarding until candidates join; maintain trackers, documentation, and status updates.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma qualification; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Recruitment, HR coordination, or administration experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and follow-ups and communicate professionally with departments and external stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of following up independently.
