Role overview
Senior Test Engineer role focused on testing DigiSign BAU changes and integrations in banking applications.
Key responsibilities
- Perform SIT, UAT, regression, release, and production validation.
- Prepare test plans, scenarios, cases, execution evidence, and status reports.
- Execute functional and API tests for DigiSign BAU changes and integrations.
- Manage defects through triage, retesting, and closure with stakeholders.
- Support production sanity checks, incident analysis, and release readiness.
Required skills and experience
- Required skills include functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Requires API testing and validation, test planning and case design, execution and reporting, and defect tracking and triage.
- Requires banking-domain experience; Corporate or Transaction Banking is preferred.
- Requires experience testing digital-signature journeys and integrated banking applications.
- Requires knowledge of API-based integrations and experience supporting SIT, UAT, production validation, and BAU releases.
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills are required.
Good-to-have skills
- UAE PASS and DigiSign knowledge is a plus.
- Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence experience is a plus.
- Exposure to automation testing is a plus.
Key deliverables
Approved test plan, scenarios, and test cases.
Completed SIT, UAT, and regression execution with supporting evidence.
Defect log maintained through validation and closure.
Release-readiness and production sanity confirmation.
