Role overview

Work arrangement

• The role is fully remote with a flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages, frameworks, and problem domains.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide detailed feedback explaining code behavior and quality.
• Create coding prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions by engineering quality.

Candidate requirements

• Be proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
• Have a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Read, write, and reason about code clearly and precisely.
• Bring strong problem-solving skills and a systematic debugging approach.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly in writing and work reliably without supervision.
• Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience across multiple languages or stacks, including full-stack, backend, systems, or data engineering, is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, or prompt engineering is a plus.
• Code review, technical writing, mentoring, cloud, DevOps, distributed systems, competitive programming, open source, or relevant side-project experience is a plus.
• An advanced degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is a plus.
