What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a BI team delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decisions.
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure, including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines.
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data; identify trends and recommend actions to leadership.
- Translate healthcare data into insights that support care delivery and organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with AI research teams on model training and evaluation projects using clinical expertise.
Who you are
- Experienced healthcare or clinical analytics professional with a proven business intelligence or data management track record.
- Skilled in designing and managing end-to-end BI systems, dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative data in regulated healthcare environments.
- Able to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders and work independently.
Nice to have
- Data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems experience.
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows involving structured healthcare data.
- Background in EMR/EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics.
- Experience in value-based care, clinical quality reporting, or regulatory compliance analytics.
