Role Overview
Amazon's International Seller Services organization is hiring a Software Development Engineer for Seller and Account Manager tools.
The team develops products and agentic AI solutions that help third-party sellers and Account Managers improve selection and grow their businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Seller and Account Manager generative AI tools and cloud-powered solutions.
- Build new products and services from the ground up and enhance existing tools.
- Develop agentic AI solutions using distributed systems and automation.
- Work with product managers and global business teams to create and execute a roadmap.
- Partner with engineering and applied science teams to deliver compelling user experiences.
Day-to-Day Work
- Work on AI assistants that automate seller and business workflows and tasks.
- Learn and incorporate the latest developments in generative AI to develop agentic AI products.
About the Team
The team creates tools, products, and agentic AI solutions for sellers and Account Managers worldwide.
Products include solutions shared across countries and solutions customized for sellers in individual countries.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 5 years of experience leading design or architecture for new and existing systems.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
- Experience building generative AI and agentic AI solutions in a dynamic environment.
