About Us
Al Habtour Realty is a Dubai-based luxury real estate brokerage with 30+ years in the market.
We are currently in a high-growth phase — expanding our digital presence, launching international lead generation campaigns, and building a full-scale content operation across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
The Role
This is not a standard social media job.
You will be the bridge between our content machine and our sales team.
Your primary metric is not just followers or engagement — it is qualified leads delivered to the sales floor daily.
You will manage two accounts simultaneously: the company brand page and the personal brand of our Marketing Director.
You will work directly alongside content creators, a videographer, and an AI artist in a fast-moving production environment.
What You Will Do
- Publish and schedule content daily across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for both the company page and the Marketing Director's personal brand
- Monitor our CRM (Bitrix24) for incoming leads and route them to the sales team via WhatsApp within 5 minutes of receipt
- Manage all DMs and comments in the Marketing Director's voice — fast, professional, on-brand
- Coordinate with the content team on the weekly publishing calendar — reels, carousels, listing videos, and AI cinematic content
- Track and report weekly on follower growth, reach, engagement, DM volume, and lead count
- Support international paid campaign management on Meta Ads alongside the Marketing Director
- Assist with content during client meetings and property shoots using the company iPad
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of social media management experience, ideally in real estate, luxury, or a high-output content environment
- Proven track record of growing accounts on Instagram and TikTok — bring numbers to the interview
- Comfortable managing a CRM and understanding lead flow — this is a sales-support role as much as a content role
- Fluent in English — Arabic is a strong advantage for handling Arabic-speaking leads
- Highly organised, fast to respond, and able to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
- Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately — this is a full-time in-office role
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is a plus
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or any scheduling tool is a plus
What You Will Be Part Of
- A full in-house production studio with a videographer, AI artist, and two content creators
- A live lead generation system where your work directly feeds the sales team
- A company in active growth mode — the infrastructure is built, the campaigns are launching, and the content calendar is running at full speed
- Direct access to and daily collaboration with the Marketing Director
Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience — to be discussed during interview.
