We are looking for a Specialist – Digital Marketing & Social Media to plan, execute, and elevate impactful digital and social media campaigns for
our client, a large semi-government group based in Abu Dhabi

This role requires a hands-on marketer who can manage digital channels, social media platforms, content initiatives, and campaign performance within a structured, large-scale, and globally connected environment.
Given the nature of the organization, candidates with experience working in government, semi-government, or highly regulated industries will be strongly preferred.
This is a 6-month role in the organization and reports to the Marketing Manager in the Marketing & Communications department.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across owned, paid, and earned channels, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and communication objectives
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth
- Manage social media content calendars, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking
- Create, coordinate, and manage digital and social media content in collaboration with internal stakeholders, designers, content creators, and external agencies
- Manage digital content across websites, landing pages, and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and an optimal user experience
- Monitor social media channels and audience engagement while ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and communication standards
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies, as well as external agencies, to ensure seamless campaign delivery and brand consistency
- Navigate structured approval processes and governance frameworks, ensuring all digital and social media activities comply with corporate and group-level brand guidelines
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, track KPIs, and provide reporting with actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and ROI
- Support paid digital and social media campaigns, including audience targeting, campaign optimization, budget tracking, and performance analysis
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing opportunities to identify new ways to enhance brand presence and engagement
- Support broader digital transformation initiatives through the adoption of new tools, platforms, and marketing best practices
- Ensure all digital and social media activities support organizational priorities around operational excellence, innovation, and global brand positioning
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media with strong hands-on campaign execution experience
- Prior experience working with government, semi-government, or large-scale organizations is highly preferred, with exposure to structured environments, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Experience working within multinational or globally distributed organizations is an advantage
- Exposure to regional or international brand campaigns, ideally within logistics, infrastructure, industrial, transportation, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, social media, websites, email marketing, and analytics platforms
- Hands-on experience managing corporate social media channels, content calendars, audience engagement, and campaign performance
- Experience using social media and digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into recommendations and actions
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and quality

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately.
