Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the finance transformation vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to organisational objectives.
• Lead large-scale finance and business transformation initiatives across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Drive process optimisation across key finance areas including financial close, controllership, treasury, reporting, planning, tax, and governance.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish priorities, secure buy-in, and ensure successful programme delivery.
• Oversee transformation workstreams, ensuring delivery of business benefits, operational improvements, and performance targets.
• Lead organisational change management activities to support adoption and long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to guide ERP and digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA-related programmes.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and benefit-realisation mechanisms to track programme success.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing transformation teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consultants, and delivery partners.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading large-scale finance, business, or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated track record delivering measurable transformation outcomes across complex organisations.
• Strong experience driving enterprise change, business improvement, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise in finance transformation, including one or more of the following: SAP S/4HANA Finance programmes
• Finance process transformation
• Real estate, hospitality, or asset-intensive industries
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on value creation and benefits realisation.
• Ability to quickly understand new industries, operating models, and technology environments.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory and financial environments.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAP Activate, or Prosci.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• CA, CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is advantageous
