Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support integrations between Webflow, Salesforce CRM, Yardi, Jetboost, Informatica, and other internal and third-party platforms
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange between systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, API connectivity issues, data synchronisation problems, and application performance concerns
• Monitor integration performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and user experience
• Support dynamic website functionality powered by API-driven content, including property listings, search capabilities, forms, customer journeys, and data-driven experiences
• Develop custom JavaScript solutions to support integrations, automation requirements, and website functionality
• Work closely with business stakeholders and application owners to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronisation activities across multiple platforms
• Assist with deployment activities, testing, defect resolution, and production support for web and integration-related releases
• Maintain technical documentation including integration specifications, API documentation, process flows, system dependencies, and data flow diagrams
• Support operational processes relating to incident management, problem management, service requests, and SLA adherence
• Coordinate with vendors and technology partners to investigate and resolve platform-related issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across digital platforms, integrations, and operational support processes
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to internal team members where required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in web development, systems integration, API development, or application support within complex digital environments
• Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting REST API integrations
• Solid JavaScript development experience, with strong understanding of asynchronous processing, API consumption, and data handling
• Experience integrating CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, including data mapping, field configuration, validation, and synchronisation processes
• Experience integrating property management or enterprise business systems such as Yardi or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with integration and middleware platforms, preferably Informatica, or equivalent technologies
• Experience working with website platforms such as Webflow, with an understanding of how APIs, CMS structures, forms, and front-end functionality interact with back-end systems
• Familiarity with Jetboost or similar search, filtering, and data-driven web technologies
• Strong understanding of JSON, authentication methods, API security, webhooks, and data exchange protocols
• Experience troubleshooting complex cross-platform integration issues involving multiple applications and vendors
• Understanding of data flow design, system dependencies, and integration monitoring practices
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, process maps, and integration diagrams
• Knowledge of IT service management processes including incident management, problem management, change management, and SLA tracking
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience within real estate, property management, PropTech, or asset management environments
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer engagement platforms, or digital marketing technologies
• Experience supporting customer-facing websites with high volumes of traffic and integrated business processes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Exposure to architecture documentation, solution design, and integration governance practices
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Relevant certifications in Salesforce, Informatica, API development, JavaScript, or integration technologies are advantageous
• ITIL Foundation certification or similar service management qualification is desirable
