About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Transformation to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation programme across a complex project and real estate portfolio.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end business transformation across project delivery, commercial operations, governance, financial management, handover, and operational readiness.
The successful candidate will own the transformation vision, business case, value realisation, and adoption strategy, ensuring measurable business outcomes through the implementation of standardised processes, governance frameworks, and technology-enabled ways of working.
This role is focused on transforming how projects are delivered and managed across the organisation—not simply implementing systems or managing programme governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the transformation vision, strategy, and business case across the project lifecycle.
- Drive measurable business outcomes including improved governance, compliance, cost control, schedule performance, transparency, and operational efficiency.
- Lead the design and implementation of future-state operating models and standardised ways of working.
- Champion organisational change and user adoption across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
- Partner with executive leadership to secure alignment, influence decision-making, and resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Develop and manage a multi-year transformation roadmap, balancing business priorities, value delivery, and organisational readiness.
- Oversee delivery through programme, platform, integration, and change management teams.
- Ensure successful coordination between business and technology functions, including enterprise platforms and integrated systems.
- Build and lead high-performing transformation, product, and change teams capable of sustaining long-term organisational capability.
- Manage external partners and vendors to ensure delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, and business outcomes.
Required Experience
- 12–18+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
- Proven track record delivering measurable business value through organisational transformation and change initiatives.
- Experience leading multi-year, cross-functional transformation programmes at enterprise scale.
- Strong change management and adoption leadership, with demonstrated success driving behavioural and process change.
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and navigate complex organisational environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience balancing priorities, risks, and business outcomes.
- Experience in at least one of the following: real estate, construction, infrastructure, or capital project environments
- Project lifecycle management and capital delivery processes
- Enterprise project management or project controls platforms (e.g., Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, or similar solutions)
- Understanding of governance, controls, delegation of authority frameworks, audit requirements, and integrated ERP environments.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new business domains and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Experience within the GCC region, particularly the UAE.
- Exposure to real estate development, infrastructure, or large capital project portfolios.
- Knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, or equivalent project lifecycle management platforms.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, or Prosci Change Management.
