Overview

We are looking to hire an

Executive – Business Development

who will be responsible for driving strategic growth, managing corporate leasing relationships, and supporting revenue generation initiatives for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

The role sits within the Business Development, RDM & Marketing Department and reports directly to the Director of Business Development.

We are looking for a passionate Executive – Business Development about supporting and expanding residential leasing operations through strategic corporate client engagement, market research, and process improvement.

You should also have experience in residential leasing, corporate client management, and business development within a real estate or property management environment, along with strong knowledge of leasing processes and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research and supporting the development of strategic plans to expand the corporate client base and increase leasing revenue.

Support the development of a strong pipeline of corporate clients through referrals, networking, and market engagement activities.

Review and support the preparation of tailored proposals and presentations aligned with business objectives.

Prepare and present insights on market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities to senior management.

Manage and strengthen corporate client relationships, ensuring effective communication, service delivery, and issue resolution.

Supervise corporate client categorization (A, B, C) and ensure periodic review and reporting.

Conduct high-level meetings with key corporate clients in coordination with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and business growth.

Oversee leasing allocation to corporate clients and ensure optimal utilization of available inventory.

Support process improvement initiatives across Business Development, Leasing, Property Management, and Rental Dispute Management teams.

Contribute to the enhancement of internal workflows, policies, and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Oversee Value Added Services (VAS) coordination, including budgeting, vendor evaluation, contract renewals, and service delivery monitoring.

Support reporting requirements including monthly business development reports, corporate client performance updates, and leasing performance analysis.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential leasing and corporate client management within real estate or property management.

Strong understanding of leasing operations, corporate tenancy structures, and real estate market dynamics.

Knowledge of RERA regulations and corporate leasing guidelines.

Strong business development, networking, and relationship management skills.

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.

Advanced communication and presentation skills.

Strong customer service orientation and business acumen.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Availability

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.
