In-house Social Media Manager role with Real Estate Blondies, the licensed Dubai brokerage behind the PropertySuite platform.
Own a shortform channel from idea through publishing and performance, building on an account with an existing reach history.
Responsibilities
- Plan, script, research trends, shoot, edit, publish, and analyze shortform content.
- Publish at least one post daily, around 30 per month, across channels including LinkedIn.
- Source and coordinate developer and partner collaborations, from pitching through delivery.
- Secure property and partner-agent access and schedule shoots; produce extra reels on location during longform filming.
- Move agreed engagement, reach, lead, and social-attributed closing metrics.
Candidate requirements
- Proven shortform track record with results to show; independently edit to publishable quality.
- Commercial mindset and ability to close collaboration deals independently.
- Fluent English and Dubai based.
- Real estate or luxury lifestyle experience is a plus.
Pay and incentives
- Base salary is AED 6,000 per month, paid via WPS, plus collaboration shares and milestone bonuses.
- Receive 20% of collaborations sourced personally and 10% of inbound collaborations; the share is uncapped.
- Receive 10% of the price for paid longform shoots organized, plus monthly reach and engagement bonuses and business bonuses for qualified social leads and attributed closings.
- Bonus thresholds and amounts are confirmed in writing at offer stage.
Workplace and visa
- The role is in-house and Dubai based, with shortform filming on location.
- The company sponsors and processes the UAE work visa.
Growth and hiring
Performance path includes a base review when agreed metrics hold and a larger collaboration book.
Leadership path to Head of Content may follow when the collaboration pipeline funds another creator or editor.
