What you will do
- Inspect units and document snagging lists, defect reports, and condition records with photographs.
- Supervise providers and check the result before signing off work.
- Run move-ins and move-outs, including deposits, keys, utilities, and paperwork.
- Close issues without being chased; the role is measured by how little follow-up is needed.
- Keep every record in the platform, not in a notebook or WhatsApp.
Who you are
- Hands-on Dubai property experience inspecting units and handling defects, which you can demonstrate.
- Thorough with documentation, including photographs of defects.
- Comfortable dealing with contractors, building management, and tenants.
- Fluent English.
- A driving licence is a strong plus given travel between units.
Compensation
- Base salary is AED 7,000 per month, paid via WPS.
- A monthly performance bonus is tied to agreed thresholds for cases closed on time, avoided re-inspections, and owner feedback.
- Bonus thresholds and amounts are confirmed in writing at offer stage.
Visa and growth
- The company sponsors and processes the UAE work visa.
- Performance growth may include a larger portfolio and higher base salary as the managed book grows.
- A leadership path may lead to PM Team Lead, with property managers reporting to that role.
