The opportunity
Build PropertySuite's channels from zero through investor education, product walkthroughs, owner stories, and market data.
The creator works within written guardrails; founders may appear alongside them, and enquiries are routed through the CRM to sales staff and agents.
What you will do
- Own channel content end to end: ideation, scripting, on-camera presentation, shooting, editing, posting, and analysis.
- Explain the product and market to international buyers, including people buying from abroad.
- Track enquiries in the CRM with lead sources so channel-generated results are visible.
- Follow content guardrails: no income promises or client data; property advertising requires a permit; founder approval is needed for product claims.
Who you are
- Comfortable on camera and able to carry a channel personally.
- Can write and edit publishable content without a production team.
- Curious about property, finance, and platforms, and able to explain them.
- Fluent in English and based in Dubai.
Pay and bonuses
- Base salary is AED 6,000 per month, paid via WPS.
- AED 100 bonus for each qualified lead attributed to the channel.
- AED 3,000 bonus for each buyer who closes and came through the channel.
- Reach bonuses are tied to agreed follower and engagement milestones; thresholds and amounts are confirmed in writing at offer stage.
- Buyer-bonus figures are illustrative; the amount is confirmed in writing at offer stage.
Work setting
- The role is based in Dubai and includes on-location content creation.
Visa and growth
- The company sponsors and processes a UAE work visa.
- A performance track includes a base review as channels reach milestones.
- A leadership track may lead to Head of Content, with a creator and editor reporting to the role.
