Role Overview

Client Servicing and Leadership

• Align social media work with broader brand strategy and client business goals.
• Lead client meetings, provide expert recommendations, and manage expectations.
• Contribute to proposals, upsells, and strategic recommendations.
• Manage Social Media Executives and oversee workload, quality, and development.

Strategy and Content

• Develop social strategies, content pillars, community management protocols, and platform playbooks.
• Draft, edit, proofread, schedule, and publish daily social posts across relevant platforms.
• Write persuasive English and Arabic copy using Gulf cultural nuances and local terminology.
• Create social-first content with CapCut, Canva, or in-app editing tools.
• Coordinate with design and video teams to optimize visual assets.

Monitoring and Innovation

• Use social listening tools to research trends and audience preferences and produce actionable insights.
• Define KPIs, report ROI, and translate engagement metrics into business impact.
• Lead or support influencer campaigns from vetting through reporting.
• Attend events and lead live coverage across formats such as Stories and TikTok.
• Advise clients and internal teams on platform trends, technologies, and algorithm changes.

Requirements and Skills

• 4 to 5 years of social media management experience, ideally in a creative or digital agency.
• Native-level Arabic and professional English are required.
• Strong knowledge of MENA social media platforms and regional trends.
• Strong client relationship, organizational, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset and ability to work across multiple clients and business KPIs.
