Role Overview
Restaurant team in Dubai seeking a friendly, professional, customer-focused Waitress/Hostess.
Ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist with seating guests and manage table arrangements.
- Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and special offers when required.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar team.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
- Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond politely and professionally to customer requests and complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables, service areas, and the restaurant.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with reservations and guest inquiries when required.
- Follow all restaurant service standards, hygiene procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waitress, Hostess, or in a similar restaurant/hospitality role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, friendly, and professional personality.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
- Hindi is preferred.
Pay
- Pay: AED 2,000.00 - AED 3,500.00 per month.
