About This Role
Overview
- What you will own and do:
- Act as a strategic right-hand support to the MD, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning, prioritization, and execution excellence.
- Manage end-to-end executive calendar, travel, meetings, and scheduling, optimizing leadership time and focus.
- Serve as the central coordination hub between leadership and all internal departments, including Finance, Investments, Sales, Marketing, Projects, Legal, HR, Procurement, and Operations, ensuring:
- Timely flow of information
- Cross-functional alignment
- Closure of action items.
- Manage direct stakeholder coordination with:
- Board members
- Investors
- Bankers
- JV partners
- Consultants
- Auditors
- Legal advisors.
- Own end-to-end executive calendar, meeting, and travel management, optimizing leadership bandwidth.
- Plan and manage leadership meetings, board reviews, investor calls, and strategic discussions, including:
- Agenda preparation
- Pre-read coordination
- Presentation collation
- MoM documentation
- Action tracking & closure
- Draft, review, and manage high-level professional communication including emails, letters, reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence.
- Track strategic priorities, key deliverables, deadlines, and commitments, ensuring zero slippage on leadership-critical tasks.
- Support finance-related coordination, including:
- Invoice tracking
- Expense reporting
- Budget monitoring
- Payment follow-ups with finance teams.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of sensitive leadership, financial, and business information.
- Provide personal assistant support to leadership, including:
- Personal calendar coordination
- Travel logistics
- Priority task handling
- Urgent issue management.
- Proactively identify process gaps and efficiency opportunities, implementing workflow improvements and automation wherever possible.
- Act as a trusted confidant and execution anchor for leadership.
