Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Social Media Business Strategist at Grovy Developers.
The Social Media Business Strategist will develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with brand positioning, business goals, and specific project launches.
Responsibilities include managing social media channels end-to-end, planning editorial calendars, coordinating campaign assets, and optimizing content for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
The role involves monitoring social trends, tracking competitor activity, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing regular reports with actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
The strategist will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design to align messaging, support investor and buyer communications, and enhance Grovy’s presence across regional and international digital audiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy tailored to brand positioning, audience segments, and campaign objectives.
- Strong Social Media channel management skills across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), including scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to present insights and recommendations.
- Experience with analytics and social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform analytics) and basic understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Background in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field; real estate or property development experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
