Social Media Buyer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as **Instagram,** **Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube and Snapchat**
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.)
• Plan and Conduct audience research and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of wise-spend
• Practical knowledge, experience and competence to execute A/B test creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve performance
• Collaborate with in-charge designer and content teams to develop high-performing ads
• Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines accordingly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in paid social media buying or digital advertising in **REAL ESTATE** is a must.
• Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and other tools to help improve
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and retargeting strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver with excellence without delays.
