**Capital Avenue Real Estate** is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **Receptionist with Sales Experience** to be the face of our company and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and walk-in clients
- Support the sales team by coordinating appointments and leads
- Maintain office organization and administrative tasks
- Assist in client follow-ups and basic sales coordination
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Background in sales or customer service is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
