Job Description

Capital Avenue Real Estate is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist Cum Admin to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate and be capable of handling front desk operations along with administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Manage office appointments, meetings, and calendars
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
  • Assist in preparing reports, contracts, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with agents and other departments for administrative support
  • Handle CRM updates and basic data entry tasks
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate is preferred
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
  • Well-organized with the ability to multitask
  • Presentable and professional attitude
