What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of property consultants
- Drive sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
- Train and mentor agents to maximize productivity
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred)
- Previous leadership or team handling experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven with a passion for achieving results
- Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
