Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update property listings on real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle), company website, and social media channels.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and accurate property details.
- Collaborate with the marketing and listing teams to ensure all listings are engaging, accurate, and compliant with UAE real estate regulations.
- Ensure all property descriptions, images, and pricing are up-to-date and presented professionally.
- Respond to inquiries and provide potential clients with accurate property information.
- Support the marketing team in content creation, basic graphic design, and social media management as needed
- ***Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience in real estate
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Extensive vocabulary and writing creativity skills.
- Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle is a strong advantage.
- Analytical skills to support market research and listing optimization.
- Experience with real estate CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail, especially in property descriptions and pricing accuracy.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
