We’re looking for a
Social Media & Community Manager
who can take full ownership of a growing brand’s presence across digital platforms.
This role requires someone deeply tuned in to the culture of social media — who can write well, plan smart, and engage with purpose.
You’ll be the bridge between the brand and its community — leading content strategy, managing engagement, and ensuring every post, comment, and interaction reflects the brand's voice and values.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute
- organic content strategies
- across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
- Write clear, compelling, on-brand copy for posts, stories, and captions
- Spot trends early and creatively apply them to content calendars
- Respond to comments and DMs to
- build trust and nurture the community
- Collaborate with internal teams (events, design, marketing) for campaign alignment
- Curate and repost
- user-generated content
- and community highlights
- Monitor performance and
- optimize based on insights and engagement data
