We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who can both
build systems and execute
.
This role combines
funnel building, automation, and AI
with day-to-day marketing execution.
You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into working systems — and making sure they run smoothly.
What You’ll Do🧠 Systems & Growth (Core)
- Build and optimize
- sales funnels
- (landing pages, lead flows, booking systems)
- Set up
- email marketing & automation
- (nurture sequences, follow-ups)
- Implement
- AI tools and workflows
- to improve efficiency and output
- Identify gaps in funnels and improve conversion rates
⚙️ Execution (Daily Work)
- Support marketing campaigns (launches, promotions, content coordination)
- Work with design, social, and PR teams to execute campaigns
- Manage and update landing pages, offers, and marketing assets
- Ensure campaigns are properly structured and tracked
- Assist with reporting and performance tracking
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve built funnels yourself (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, etc.)
- You understand
- email marketing and automation flows
- **You actively use AI tools in your workflow**
- **You are hands-on and execution-focused**
- **You don’t wait for instructions — you take ownership**
