Affiliate Marketing Manager (Funnels & AI Systems)

We’re looking for a highly technical Affiliate Marketing Manager with strong experience in funnel building, marketing automation, and AI-driven workflows.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can build, optimize, and manage the systems that power affiliate marketing — from landing pages and funnels to automation and lead generation infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

Funnel & System Building

• Build and optimize high-converting funnels across platforms such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, Kajabi , or similar
• Create complete funnel flows including landing pages, opt-ins, nurturing sequences, and conversion steps
• Translate proven frameworks, wireframes, or references into fully functional funnels

GoHighLevel (GHL) & CRM Setup

• Set up and configure GoHighLevel accounts (domains, email, calendars, pipelines, integrations)
• Ensure systems are fully ready for lead capture, nurturing, and sales workflows
• Manage CRM structures including pipelines, tagging systems, and automation triggers

Marketing Automation

• Design and implement automation workflows:
• Lead follow-ups
• Email/SMS sequences
• Onboarding flows
• Abandoned lead recovery
• Internal notifications & task assignments
• Build logic-based workflows tailored to different user journeys

Affiliate Enablement & Marketing Materials

• Develop high-quality affiliate toolkits:
• Campaign decks
• Swipe copy
• Funnel walkthroughs
• Offer positioning
• Ensure all materials are clear, structured, and conversion-focused
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain high standards across all assets

AI Implementation

• Integrate AI tools into workflows to:
• Improve content creation speed and quality
• Support funnel personalization
• Automate repetitive processes
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency using AI

Optimization & Performance

• Analyze funnel performance and identify drop-off points
• Improve conversion rates across landing pages and onboarding flows
• Continuously test and refine systems based on data and user behavior

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in funnel building, marketing automation, or growth marketing
• Strong experience with platforms like:
• GoHighLevel (preferred)
• ClickFunnels / Kajabi / Systeme.io or similar
• Solid understanding of:

- Lead generation systems

- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)

- Funnel architecture

• Experience working with CRM systems and automation workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, automation, or systems optimization
• Ability to build, not just manage — this is a hands-on role
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
• Comfortable explaining funnels and systems clearly (internally or on Zoom)
