Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a

Social Media Account Manager

based in Dubai, UAE.

The Social Media Account Manager will manage social media accounts, develop creative content strategies, design and implement campaigns, and monitor analytics to optimize performance.

Day-to-day responsibilities include producing engaging content, scheduling posts, maintaining audience engagement, collaborating with internal teams, and staying informed on industry trends to ensure impactful campaigns tailored to client goals.

Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client objectives, brand voice, and KPIs
  • Translate briefs into clear social media strategies and execution plans
  • Manage expectations, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Present campaign updates, insights, and performance reports

Strategy & Content Execution

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms
  • Plan content calendars aligned with campaign goals
  • Contribute to creative ideation and campaign development
  • Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across channels
  • Stay updated with platform trends and best practices

Campaign & Project Management

  • Oversee execution of social media campaigns and activations
  • Coordinate with creative, design, PR, and production teams
  • Support content shoots and event-related social media coverage
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports
  • Provide insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions
  • Track KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Work with internal teams to refine ongoing strategies

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Support junior team members when required
  • Share ideas, trends, and innovations to improve output quality
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, creative agency environment

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Agency experience is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Good knowledge of content strategy, branding, and campaign planning
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Must be currently based in Dubai

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)

Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 years
