Role Overview
We are looking for a
Creative Production & Content Coordination Intern
to support our production and content team in executing high-quality campaigns.
This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in content production, coordination, and on-ground execution in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support shoot planning and preparation of production documentation
- Conduct research on creative references, trends, and content inspiration
- Assist in sourcing props, talent, outfits, and locations
- Coordinate with internal teams on timelines, deliverables, and revisions
- Maintain content trackers, folders, and workflow documentation
- Provide on-ground support during shoots and productions
- Assist in monitoring edits and managing revision cycles
- Capture behind-the-scenes and social media content during shoots when required
Candidate Profile
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, and TikTok content trends
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Interest in content production, advertising, or digital media
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Docs/Sheets, and Pinterest is a plus
- Prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory
