Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role requires hands-on involvement in the full content production cycle—from ideation and shoot planning to execution, editing, and final delivery across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, content ideas, and visual storytelling strategies for digital campaigns
• Create engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (posts, reels, videos, and stories)
• Capture story content (videos + photos) in platform-specific formats for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Plan and execute content shoots, including mood boards, shot lists, and creative direction
• Coordinate with videographers, photographers, models, and production teams during shoots
• Independently manage on-ground shoot execution and content delivery
• Edit content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Produce platform-ready content optimised for engagement and performance
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Support day-to-day social media content requirements and posting assistance
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and viral content styles
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and campaign objectives

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut (or similar editing tools)
• Strong ability to create Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook story content (video + photo formats)
• Experience in shoot planning and on-ground production execution
• Ability to manage end-to-end content creation independently

Candidate Profile

• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital media
• Strong visual storytelling and editing skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or able to commute to Abu Dhabi daily

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
• Exposure to agency, events, or integrated marketing environments
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics

Compensation: AED 4,000 – 5,000
