Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Own product information and master data flows across order management and trading systems.
• Maintain product master records, including attributes, hierarchies, pricing, and availability.
• Analyze order capture, fulfillment, and settlement data issues and implement corrective actions.
• Define data rules for item setup, bundles, and promotional constructs.
• Monitor nightly data loads and interface jobs and resolve exceptions in near real time.
• Design data quality checks and validation routines for product and order data.
• Document functional data models and maintain clear reference materials.
• Improve mapping logic between product information, master data, and order platforms.
• Support incident analysis and root cause investigation for data-related defects.
• Propose enhancements to data structures, configuration rules, and workflows.
• Gather requirements and create specifications for new product and order data capabilities.
• Assess impacts of master data changes across reporting, billing, and trading processes.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of hands-on experience as a product information and master data subject matter expert.
• Practical expertise with order management platforms and trading systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
• Exposure to retail order management scenarios such as omnichannel ordering and inventory visibility.
• Ability to document requirements, user stories, and data dictionaries clearly.
• Strong analytical skills using data profiling and issue analysis techniques.
• Ability to work in a hybrid and dedicated night-shift environment with onshore and offshore partners.
• Familiarity with master data governance, stewardship, and lifecycle management.

Work Arrangement

• The role operates in a hybrid work model and dedicated night-shift environment.
• The position coordinates with onshore and offshore partners and does not require travel.
