Site Technical Coordinator (Construction)
About This Role
We are seeking a qualified Site Technical Coordinator with a strong architectural background to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in fit-out, joinery, and construction, with a focus on shop drawings and site coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE
- Architectural background is mandatory
- Strong experience in fit-out and joinery works
- Proficient in preparing and reviewing shop drawings
- Good understanding of construction processes and site coordination
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be available to join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical and site activities
- Review and manage shop drawings and technical submissions
- Liaise with design, engineering, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines
- Support project execution and resolve technical issues on site
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
