- Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and report updates to site engineers and project managers.
- Allocate tasks and manage workforce efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Inspect work quality and ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to workers.
- Maintain site discipline, productivity, and proper use of resources.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Foreman in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and site operations.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical plans.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
