We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior HSE Officer** with a solid background in the construction industry.
The ideal candidate must be an **Arabic speaker** and capable of ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company standards
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain all HSE documentation and records
Requirements
- **Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE within the construction industry (MANDATORY)**
- **Arabic speaker (MANDATORY)**
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards
- Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
