Senior HSE Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HSE Officer with a solid background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker and capable of ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company standards
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain all HSE documentation and records

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE within the construction industry (MANDATORY)
• Arabic speaker (MANDATORY)
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards
• Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
