Overview
We are looking for a qualified **Safety Officer (Arabic Speaker)** with **NEBOSH and Trakhees certification** to join our construction team.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce HSE policies and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and Trakhees requirements
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Monitor unsafe acts/conditions and implement corrective actions
- Prepare HSE reports, incident investigations, and documentation
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- **Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)**
- **NEBOSH certified (IGC or equivalent)**
- **Valid Trakhees certification/approval (mandatory)**
- Minimum 6-8 **years of construction safety experience in UAE**
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations
- Good communication and leadership skills
Preferred
- IOSH / OSHA certifications
- Experience on large construction projects
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
