Safety Officer (Arabic Speaker) – NEBOSH & Trakhees Certified
About This Role
We are looking for a qualified Safety Officer (Arabic Speaker) with NEBOSH and Trakhees certification to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce HSE policies and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and Trakhees requirements
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Monitor unsafe acts/conditions and implement corrective actions
- Prepare HSE reports, incident investigations, and documentation
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- NEBOSH certified (IGC or equivalent)
- Valid Trakhees certification/approval (mandatory)
- Minimum 6-8 years of construction safety experience in UAE
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations
- Good communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
- IOSH / OSHA certifications
- Experience on large construction projects
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
