About This Role

Overview

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our construction office team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling communications, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth office workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or German is an advantage
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
