Site Supervisor role in a project environment, with responsibility for daily operations and delivery against specified standards and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily project-site operations and coordinate teams to meet objectives.
- Develop operational-efficiency strategies and use data analysis tools to identify improvement areas.
- Manage and guide field teams.
- Evaluate performance and analyze results to inform improvements.
- Report project progress and challenges to senior management.
- Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- At least two years of site-supervision experience.
- Ability to manage technicians and laborers and monitor daily tasks.
- Experience in maintenance and operations; fuel-plant project experience is preferred.
- Ability to prepare reports and monitor safety requirements.
- Ready to engage immediately.
