Role Overview

Cloud and Platform Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud platform solutions.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code.
• Build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, ARM, or similar tools.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and reliability.

Reliability and AI/ML Responsibilities

• Drive monitoring, alerting, incident response, and continuous reliability improvements.
• Resolve complex platform and production issues, including on-call support when required.
• Design and deploy machine learning models and AI systems at scale.
• Develop data ingestion, training, validation, inference, and AI/ML delivery pipelines.

Collaboration and Improvement

• Partner with application, security, and compliance teams on platform standards and best practices.
• Address technical debt, operational risks, scalability concerns, tooling, performance, cost, and security issues.
• Mentor engineers, review designs and code, and document architecture and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling, automation, and deployment strategies.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes or comparable containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and incident management practices.
• Strong scripting or programming skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
• Ability to operate production systems with reliability and security in mind.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing shared platform services or internal developer platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud security, identity management, and compliance controls.
• Experience optimizing cloud cost, performance, and resource utilization.
