Job Title: Sales Executive – Bakery.

Department: Sales and Marketing.

Location: Dubai.

Number of vacancies: Two.

Job Purpose:

The Sales Executive – Bakery is responsible for promoting and selling bakery products, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets, while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell bakery products to customers, including retail, corporate, and wholesale clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and promotions to attract customers.
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely supply and availability of products.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and inventory levels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management for strategy improvement.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and in-store promotions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales, preferably in bakery, food, or FMCG products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of bakery products and trends is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits and promotions.
