Recruiter – White Collar & Grey Collar Recruitment
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting for both White Collar and Grey Collar positions.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies across various industries and functions.
- Excellent candidate sourcing, networking, and talent acquisition skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment databases.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Prior recruitment experience in the UAE market will be a distinct advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
- Prior experience in recruiting local/national talent across the UK, Europe, Singapore, and GCC countries will be considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated exposure to international recruitment markets and local hiring regulations is preferred.
