We are currently looking for an experienced **Arabic-speaking Architect** to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Experience in handling approvals and submissions with Dubai government authorities and municipalities.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, procedures, and approval processes.
- Proven experience in coordinating and obtaining approvals from relevant government departments.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to manage project documentation and authority approvals independently.
Preference
- Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given priority.
- Pay: AED2,840.94 - AED11,994.86 per month
