Site & Logistics Coordinator (UAE Driving License Required)

Role overview

Site and supplier coordination

• Coordinate supplier and contractor site visits, deliveries, dates, times, access, and requirements with landlords, malls, security, and site teams.
• Attend deliveries, check equipment and materials, document site conditions, and immediately report missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Attend sites with suppliers and contractors to assist with measurements and record dimensions, levels, locations, and conditions.
• Prepare basic site records and photographs for quotations, fabrication, and installation; escalate discrepancies to the Project Supervisor.

Project and delivery support

• Carry out site instructions and follow up with suppliers and contractors on outstanding actions.
• Assist with installation scheduling, sequencing, inspections, snagging, and punch-list activities.
• Collect supplier warranties, manuals, delivery notes, photographs, and other project information.
• Maintain delivery records; coordinate vehicles, arrival times, access, loading areas, and site contacts; identify and report delivery conflicts.
• Keep records of visits, meetings, measurements, and deliveries; provide regular updates and promptly escalate issues or delays.
• Communicate instructions accurately; do not approve changes, technical solutions, variations, or costs unless authorized.

Qualifications and skills

• Valid UAE driving licence and at least two years of experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in construction, fit-out, hospitality, facilities, procurement, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
• Comfortable travelling between project sites and supplier locations; good communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to take and record accurate basic measurements and has a basic understanding of construction and fit-out environments.
• Able to use a smartphone for photographs, WhatsApp communication, and site records, and has basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Organized and reliable, with strong attention to detail.

Workplace

• The role is primarily field-based and requires travel between project sites and supplier locations.
